Use Sentryc to automatically search the entire web for your products and monitor online marketplaces to detect and stop unauthorized use.

Your mission

As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for actively building the sales pipeline and actively shaping Sentryc's growth. You will work closely with the founding and management team to generate leads and appointments in the B2B sector. In this role, you will be an integral part of our growth strategy and will be given ideal development opportunities to grow personally and professionally.

  • You will further develop existing lead generation strategies and qualify companies according to BANT criteria.
  • You will research and document relevant information for existing leads and keep our CRM system up to date on a sustainable basis.
  • You proactively approach potential companies/clients (C-Suite/Directors/Legal Officers) to engage them in an exchange with Sentryc.
  • You enjoy dealing with many different industries and build a network and sales pipeline with companies from different industries (FMCG/Luxury Brands/Mechanical Engineering/Electronics/Automotive etc.).
  • You organise online presentations and prepare product demos together with our Account Executives. 
  • You build up expert knowledge in the field of IP/Brand Protection
  • You are communicative, enjoy sales and the personal development of your sales skills

Anforderungsprofil

  • You ideally have a degree (business administration/management or similar) or an apprenticeship in the commercial field.
  • You are enthusiastic about sales and perhaps already have some experience with customer contact, ideally in OUTBOUND sales (B2B SaaS experience is a plus)
  • You are an energetic self-starter and self-learner, developing ideas, sharing them in a team, and motivating and inspiring others to do the same.
  • You excel at canvassing with consultative skills on the phone, including the ability to articulate clearly, inspire, demonstrate confidence, influence, overcome objections and remain resilient throughout.
  • You reflect on your own behaviour and are constantly willing to acquire new knowledge.
  • You excel with determination, negotiation and presentation skills and the will to finish drives you towards your goal.
  • You have a "hunter's mentality", which means that you don't give up after the first "no" because you love the challenge. 
  • You also excel as an active listener and can respond to our potential customers' needs in an individual advisory manner.
  • You can identify with our values of "reliability, loyalty, team spirit, transparency and best performance".
  • You are tech-savvy when it comes to familiarising yourself with new software solutions, and you also have good skills in Excel and PowerPoint. 
  • You speak German (native level) and are business fluent in English. Additional foreign languages are a plus for our growth strategy.
